Picanha Steak Recipe

Picanha steak is a very tasty meat and can also be very cheap. This is one of the most popular types of steak in Brazil, and is so delicious that it is known as the “black beef steak”. This is the ideal steak to grill because it cooks very quickly. Ingredients You’ll Need A little bit of salt and pepper

4 or 5 Picanha steaks You may also want to add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of olive oil A nice chimichurri sauce (see recipe below) This steak should be served rare, medium rare or medium Rare is just the right amount of temperature

Instructions Heat the grill on a medium heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Put olive oil on a paper towel and place on the grill.
Once the oil is hot, place the steaks on the grill for about 2 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.
Place the steaks on a paper towel and let them rest for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with chimichurri sauce.
