(i like to use a mesh strainer to dunk the wings in the egg) then roll in flour, and put on baking sheet. heat oil in a large pot or fryer to 350° F. fry wings for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they get nice and crispy. be careful not to overcook, they don’t need to be super crispy. serve and enjoy!
