Recipe Ingredients
Ingredients for the recipe: 1/2 cup rice milk powder 1/2 cup brown rice flour 1/4 cup flax meal 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sea salt 1 egg, beat 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chicken, ground 1/2 cup cheese, shredded 1 tbsp finely chopped onion Directions: 1. For the egg mixture, beat the egg and then add the sour cream. Mix together. The mixture should be slightly runny.2. In a large bowl, combine the rice milk powder, brown rice flour, flax meal, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a paste forms.3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a separate bowl.4. Mix the rice milk powder mixture into the egg mixture until well-combined.5. Stir in the chicken and cheese. The mixture should be nice and moist, but not wet.6. Form the mixture into 2 inch patties.7. In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.8. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.9. Place the burgers on a paper towel to drain.10. Serve immediately.
