After that, you should cut the cauliflower into smaller florets. Always use a knife, and be careful not to cut yourself. Then, give the cauliflower a quick rinse, but don’t soak it. The key to cooking cauliflower is to cook it in a non-stick pan, preferably on the air fryer. The reason you want to use a non-stick pan is that the cauliflower is much easier to clean.
