While you could just pull it off, this isn’t a very good idea, since the skin is usually full of fat, and you’ll want to remove as much of it as possible. So for this step, you’ll have to use a paper towel to gently rub the chicken breast. This will remove some of the fat from the skin. Then you’ll have to slice the chicken breast in half.
