The perfect way to enjoy a big juicy steak is to have it cooked on the grill. Here’s how you can do it. You’ll need a nice big piece of grass-fed beef chuck, which is also known as briskets. To prepare the beef for grilling, you’ll first need to trim off all the fat and connective tissue. Then, place the meat on a cutting board and cut it into thin slices. Next, brush the slices with oil and season them with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Baking briskets: preheat the broiler and set the rack in top position. place the meat in foil packet and add fat caps. Broil for 1 minute per side, flipping once, to brown the outside.
