Then, remove the paper towel, remove the roast, and brush it with melted butter. After brushing the roast, wrap it in aluminum foil. Then, place the roast in a roasting dish and bake it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour, and then 300 for another hour. Be sure to baste the roast every 30 minutes to avoid burning it. Finally, let the roast cool before serving.

Take a roast and marinate it in a cup of red wine, sugar, and finely chopped garlic. Sear it in a hot pan on the stove until it’s brown. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. Add a little more red wine to the pan, then crack it and serve it in the oven with a great side.
