When I moved to San Francisco, I loved eating at Ola. I thought it was the best Mexican restaurant I’d ever been to, and they served the best chips, I’ve ever had. Then I found out the restaurant made their potatoes in an air fryer. The restaurant serves their potato chips in paper cones, because they claim that fries cooked in an air fryer have a crispy texture and a light flavour. So, I decided to cook up a potato hash and tried them out. I loved how the potatoes came out and how much healthier they were than French fries. I was so impressed that I bought an air fryer to make the potatoes at home. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can make potato hash in a regular oven. When you heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, put the oven rack in the middle and put a heavy pan on top of the potatoes to weigh them down. After two hours, you’ll have crispy and perfectly cooked potatoes.
