Freezing Shrimp
Frozen shrimp can be airfried in two different ways. To cook the shrimp directly in the microwave, pour 1/3 cup of oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the shrimp and cook on high for 30 seconds. Remove the shrimp from the microwave and stir them so they are covered with oil. Pop the lid on the bowl and airfry the shrimp at 350 degrees for 2 to 4 minutes or until they turn bright pink. To cook the shrimp in an oven, pour the oil into an oven-safe bowl. Place the bowl in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the oil is hot enough that the shrimp will turn bright pink when you touch them. Remove the bowl from the oven and transfer the shrimp to a bowl lined with paper towels. Cook the shrimp until they are bright pink and remove them from the oven.
