Cooking Time & Preparation of Chinese Chicken & Broccoli

For this recipe, you will need:
1 bunch of broccoli
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of rice wine (or sherry)
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 tablespoons of water
1. In a bowl, combine the broccoli and soy sauce. Mix well. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, wash and pat dry the chicken. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and let it cook, without moving it, for 5-8 minutes.
3. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the broccoli mixture to the pan and stir. Add the ginger and rice wine and mix well. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Let it cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
4. Stir in the chicken and simmer for about 2 minutes.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
