Using a food processor or blender, process the frozen cauliflower until it’s fluffier than you’d think. Add the egg, and then the salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the food processor. Pulse until the egg is blended in.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until combined.
Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Pour the cauliflower mixture into the skillet and spread it into a 7-inch square on a baking sheet.

Today I’m going to show you how to cook cauliflower. In case you are not familiar with it, cauliflower is a type of vegetable. It is also known as broccoli romano. For the sake of this video I will be calling it cauliflower. The thing that you might not know is that this is actually a very healthy vegetable. It’s full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. When you buy it, remove the outer leaves, core and the most fibrous parts of the stem. Wash it with cold water and then dry it thoroughly. In this video I’m going to show you the most common way to cook cauliflower. I used garlic and olive oil, but you can use any sauce that you like. I’ve put some spices on the top of this one, but you can add whatever you like. As you can see it’s quite small, but that’s because I’m cooking it in my oven, you can cook it in any way that you like. Just remember to make sure that you remove it from the oven before the cheese melts and you can use it. As you can see I’ve used it in a pizza and it’s quite good. This is a simple recipe, but if you want to make this in a different way, please feel free to do so.
