Does meat get more tender the longer you pressure cook it?
All cuts of meat can become tastier in their cooked state. This means that all cuts will become softer and more flavorful after cooking. You can even cook a steak or chicken breast in less than 5 minutes. For example, you could cook two chicken breasts in about 10 minutes, or a whole turkey breast would take about 20 minutes to cook. When you are cooking a large amount of food, however, there is no need to worry about overcooking. If you do decide to overcook something, simply cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Then, let the meat rest for 5 to 10 mins. After resting, continue cooking until done. Once the desired internal temp is reached, remove the lid and continue to roast until browned. To make sure that the pan is completely covered with browning, add a little water to prevent the brown bits from sticking to any surfaces.
