You can cook them for about 2 minuts to get them done. You should move them in pans so they cook evenly and brown all sides. If you want to make them even faster, you should cook the cubes for less time. For example, if I want my beef to come out medium rare, I would cook it for 3 minutes. That will give me a medium well done steak. This is how I cook my steaks. I don’t think this is a bad way to go about it. Just keep in mind that the longer you cook something, there is going to happen to it sooner.
