Unfortunately, Once you cook a steak in your Instant pot, you will be unable to return the steak to its original state. This is because the Instant Pots are designed to be used in pressure cookers, which are meant to cook meat at a higher temperature than the normal cooking method. So, when you try to reheat the cooked meat using the instant pots, all you’ll get is dry and crunchless fibers. That’s because Instant pots are not designed for high heat cooking, so they don’t allow you to add additional heat to your meat during the cooking process. What you need to do is to remove the steaks from the pot and place them on a cutting board. Then, take the cutting boards and flip them over so the top is facing down.
