As a general rule of thumb, a head of cabbage will take about 10 minutes to air fry. How to Make Air Fried Cabbage
Air fried cabbage is a favorite food of Koreans, but they do it in a very special way. You will need one handful of cabbage, a few slices of onion, some water, 1/2 cup of cooking oil, and a bowl of flour. Using a deep pan, heat up the oil on high heat. Drain the cabbage, onion, and water. Add the cabbage and onions into the pan and let it cook. Add the flour and mix until it forms a ball. Use your hands to press the dough, and then add into the pan. Turn on the heat to medium, and then turn down to low. Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the fluffiness of the cabbage is achieved. Make sure that you don’t let the cabbage burn, and if the oil should be completely drained, so that it is ready for next time. When the cabbage is done, it should be tender and with a fluffy appearance. Serve it immediately.
