Here’s how I would do it: Put a tray in front of me and set the roasts on top of it. Put the tray on a shelf in my kitchen. Set the timer for 45 minutes. When the time is up, take the meat out of their shells and cut it up. If you’re using a whole roast, you don’t need to do this step. But if there are any bones left, remove them and chop them up too. You can always put them back in when you get home and cook them again. This is a great way to make sure that your roast is done. And it makes cleanup easy. Just throw the pieces in your trash.
