Next, add your peppers and garlic to the blender and mix for about 30 seconds. Then, add your chicken wings and mix for another 30 seconds. Then, pour this into a saucepan. You can add your barbecue sauce, salsa or any other flavoring you’d like. Mix in everything and make sure your sauce is hot enough for your taste. Then, pour the wings in to a pan, cover with foil and place in the fridge for several hours. Next, remove the chicken wings and place them on a baking sheet. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until they are crispy. Remove and serve immediately.

A key is to have them slightly undercooked, which will allow the marinade to absorb and also help break down the connective tissue in the rib.
