Add in the 3 – 4 of your T-Bones or Homemade Crescent Rolls (optional). Lightly butter the inside of your food processor. Set the timer for 8 minutes. Start chopping the turkey and putting everything else into the food processor, starting with your Bread/Roll Mix. Pulse it until it’s a course bread crumb consistency. Add in some Parmesan Cheese and lightly mix to incorporate. Add 1 Tablespoon of Tenderizer and mix thoroughly. Roll the roll inside out with your hands to form a little loaf. Place the loaf on a cooling rack or over a tray to rest for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from the cooling rack. Using a knife, slice the rolls in half, crosswise. It’s important not to slice them all the way through.
