We also recommend buying a smaller capacity if only using it for rice and vegetables. This will save you money and time. You can always buy a bigger capacity when you need it. But this is something you should consider carefully. If you think you might need a large capacity, go ahead and buy it! The mini comes in three capacities: 6, 8, 10 quarts.
Should I get the 6 or 8 QT instant pot?
