Here’s How To Make A Delicious Breakfast With Leftover Rice:

  • To begin with, take a bowl, transfer the boiled rice, add chopped tomato, chopped carrot and chopped onion along with chopped green and red chilli. You can use any veggie according to your choice!
  • Once done, add seasonings like pizza herbs, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, and salt to taste. Sprinkle some chopped onion on top. Then, take 4 bread slices (without edges) and dip them in the water. Squeeze the extra water out and add the slices to the rice mixture.
  • Mix everything thoroughly using your hands. Note: You can add more bread slices to thicken the consistency.
  • Now, place a pan on the stove and do not turn the flame on. Add a few drops of oil to grease the pan and then turn on the flame until the oil gets hot. Once done, turn the flame off, take a little portion of the mixture, and press it on the tawa in a circular motion. Cook from both sides and enjoy!
