- In a large bowl, whisk together the spring mix, oranges, cranberries, and almonds until blended.
- In a mason jar, add the orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Shake until well combined. Add the poppy seeds and shake just before serving.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix until well coated.
