How to make the best pizza
How to make the best pizza is not something that many people have mastered, but this post will hopefully give you the tools you need to have the best pizza around. First, let’s talk about what makes a good pizza. The first thing that most people think of is sauce, but a good pizza should have great sauce. That’s where tomatoes come in. If you’re a fan of fresh tomatoes, you should go for those. If you want to have it taste better, I recommend Roma tomatoes. If you’re going to use canned tomatoes, go with a brand that says “pre-chopped” on the can. They’ll have more flavor. Some pizza places like to use two cans of tomatoes and puree them together. This works, but for the best texture and flavor, go with a single can of pre-chopped Roma tomatoes. The next thing to consider is the cheese. I recommend mozzarella cheese. It can be hard to find, but I’ve seen it at big box stores like Walmart and Publix. If you can’t find it, a good substitute is feta cheese. Many restaurants use feta cheese in their pizza sauce.
